USA Orders: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all USA Orders.

Non-Customs Items / In-Stocks: Before shipping your parcels, processing time may take up to 48 working hours. All orders come with tracking numbers. Tracking details will be provided via email (used at checkout) after parcel is dispatched. 

Custom Items: Since every custom order is Made-to-Order and unique in nature, it will require anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to produce and craft by hand. After production is complete, your order will be processed within 48 working hours.  All orders come with tracking numbers. Tracking details will be provided via email (used at checkout) after parcel is dispatched. 

You may choose between two options: Normal Shipping or Expedited Shipping methods. Please be aware that due to different countries' import laws, you may or may not incur custom duties/taxes upon parcel delivery. This fee is fully payable by the customer. We advise every customer to be familiar with your own country's import laws as we will not be able to give accurate answers should you ask.
