The diamonds used in most of our products are Simulated Lab Diamonds of AAA grade, Cubic Zirconia stones. Cubic Zirconia is known as a great alternative to VVS diamonds because of its high shine and scratch-proof properties. They achieve the same look as that of VVS diamonds without breaking the bank. 

We do not currently carry 18K Solid Golds, 22K Solid Golds and VVS options.

We have a 365 days warranty if jewelry fades, u can send it back to us for one-time free replating. So far, no customer has complained of fading because we actually use thick layers of plating.

Unlike fine jewelry, fashion jewelry will fade over time. It will not last forever as through wear and tear, the coating does fade over time. This is the norm as the Jewelry are sold at much more affordable price points as alternatives to expensive fine jewelry. Good news is, with proper care and maintenance; we can prolong the lifespans of the plated Jewelry very manageably. One simply cannot wear gold plated jewelry all day on bare skin, swim, exercise or shower with it, and expect it to retain its shine and color for life. Any shop which claims their plated Jewelry do not fade forever are flat out lying to you, please be careful. At Bling Label, integrity and honesty to our customers is a principle we hold as a priority.

Do take note: even with proper care and maintenance, all gold plated jewelry will eventually discolor and show the base metal underneath.

All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Jewelry Vigilance Committee.

We do not advise using or exposing our products to any forms of liquids, and most certainly not wear them to the pool. Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.


Every order shipped is accompanied with a tracking number via email and/or SMS text, based on what was provided to us on order information. If you cannot find this email, please do look through your spam folders as it might be hidden there sometimes through default filtering in your email system.

- Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Excluding customs clearance and weekends)

- Shipping within the United States takes on average 3 to 5 business days after processing (1-2 days). 

- International shipping is dependent on the shipping company in different countries and takes about 5-8 business days.

Any changes to address must be informed within 1 hour of order placement via email to us at support@blinglabel.com (Social media messages on Instagram or Facebook may not be attended to in time, and so Email will be the Only medium for such requests to be valid and binding). Any requests alerted later than that will not be honoured and will no longer be valid for any changes.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct, accurate and most updated address when filling up their details during checkout.

Ample warnings have been given on (1) FAQ page, (2) order confirmation email and (3) cart page.

There will be no payment of import tax on the Bling Label website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The customer is liable for this payment upon successful delivery. If you choose not to make the payment and the parcel is returned back to us, we do not accept refund requests.

Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, family members, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. From our experience, a lot of times, parcels do “magically” appear, you just need to give it some more time. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

Our shipping partner will update the tracking number every time the parcel moves through a specific facility. When there is no update, that means that the item is still in transit between facilities. At this point, Bling Label advises customers to be patient and rest assured that the parcels are transiting smoothly to their doorsteps. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please get in touch with us at support@blinglabel.com.

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

 Wrong or incomplete address Invalid phone number (deliveryman cannot reach you)Unable to deliver (location not accessible, no safe spots for leaving parcel)Parcel held at the post office for too long

In this scenario, please contact your local post office quickly with the tracking number to enquire or you may contact us so that we can help you. If the parcel is held too long at the post office, they will return it back to us, the sender. In such a scenario, you (customer) will be responsible for paying any shipping fees to be incurred from reshipment, this will usually range between $9-$30 USD depending on case-by-case basis.

All major credit cards & debit cards are accepted. Card payments are securely processed through Paypal or Stripe. You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a Paypal or Stripe account to pay – you just need a valid credit or debit card from the above stated card names.

If you have placed an order for wrong item whether it is the address, color, length or type, we do allow change of order if you message us within 1 hour. Our team works very swiftly to ensure all our customers' orders are processed ASAP. Please communicate these order changes through our main medium on EMAIL so that we do not miss your message. Only requests on emails received on support@blinglabel.com will be honoured for the 1 hour rule.

Before ordering, please check your addresses correctly (to include your Apartment or Unit Number)! Once its shipped out with tracking code issued, we CANNOT change the address, NOT even if we ask the delivery company nicely. No refunds will be given for this case, and we will not be held responsible for parcel non-delivery since the address provided by customer is incorrect.

If the order has not been shipped, we are able to make changes for color, length or type of in-stock or non-custom items. Changes in order may be subjected to recalculation of total order bill, and in such scenarios, we’d work with you on a partial refund or top-up.

If we have not started processing/producing the custom order, then changes for color, length or type is allowed. If we have already started processing the custom order (started production), then no changes or cancellations are allowed at all.

If we have already processed, started production or shipped out your order, it can no longer be cancelled. We reserve all rights to refuse cancellations/refunds at that point.

Over here at Bling Label, we do not tolerate fraudulent orders through identity theft or stolen credit cards. We will do our utmost part to prevent processing fraudulent orders. Hence, we reserve all rights to hold the orders on "pending mode" or refund orders if we do not get a timely response from customers when orders are flagged to us as High or Medium risk by our payment processor. Most of the time, the fraudulent order is detected and automatically cancelled and payment rejected by the system.

In an occasion that your order is flagged to us as potentially fraudulent, our customer support may be in touch with you to request you to send Photo ID for verification and the credit card used, with the last 4 digits of the card visible as well as the name on the card for additional checks. You can cover the first 12 numbers. Please rest assured that the information received will be treated with utmost privacy and confidentiality.

Bling Label will never ask you for your Social Security number or your 16-digit card number in full.

If you have trouble paying via credit card, please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or that the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

Additionally, we suggest that customers who experience failed transactions using credit card, debit card or contactless payment methods, to try checking out using Paypal method. Paypal allows you to pay with or without a Paypal account. Most of the time, that solves the issue.
