  • Any order amount: FREE
  • Expedited USA Shipping: $29 USD

International Shipping Costs:

  • Orders below $149 USD: Shipping Costs $15 USD
  • Orders above $150 USD: FREE International Shipping
  • Expedited International Shipping: $30 USD
  • Australia/New Zealand (Import Taxes + Shipping): $30 USD

 

Processing time:

Therefore, please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed. Please understand we are trying our best to process everything quickly given the bulk orders we get on daily basis.

 

Shipping time:

Typically our products will arrive to your doorstep in 12 to 20 business days (excluding Sundays) after shipment unless stated otherwise on the specific product page. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

***We do advise not to order from our page if you are not comfortable with the above stated waiting time as no refunds will be given should customers be unsatisfied about longer waiting time, especially during peak hours.***

 

Failed Deliveries

Failed deliveries will stay at your local post office for a period of time before being returned to us. Please contact your local post office if your tracking shows a failed delivery. This is not something that can be done by the seller.

 

Customs, customs, customs...

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Bling Label. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Bling Label has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

If in a rare case, an item is shipped internationally and is withheld in US Customs or other countries Customs operations, we are not required to refund until it is conclusive that the item is returned back to our shipping center. Customs is a separate entity of the mail carrier and is to be treated as such. Please reach out to your local Customs operations branch for any updates regarding your order; however, this process can be strenuous. We recommend waiting for Customs to do their due diligence, to avoid any unpleasant experiences while dealing with Customs.

 

Stagnant Deliveries

Unfortunately the complexities of international shipping sometimes means that packages can either be stuck in one place for a long time or the tracking information cannot be updated electronically for a long time. 

We are not always able to get an accurate picture of where the package is, or how much longer it will take to get to its destination.  To give you an example, tracking will sometimes show an item sitting in one place half a world away for two weeks and the next day it will mysteriously arrive.

REFUNDS

We will gladly issue a partial or full refund if product received are defective or erroneous because of a mistake on our part. Please note that dissatisfaction with shipping lead time is also non-refundable! In order to justify for a refund (partial or full), the following conditions should ALL be met:

  • Provide a clear and bright photograph of the faulty product to us on

    support@blinglabel.com with

    • The title "Refund - Faulty Item (Your Order ID)"
    • Clear reason for refund
  • Broken or faulty products eligible for refund should not exceed 30 days from the day of the receipt (according to tracker).

Our policies are firm, but at Bling Label, we try our best to do everything we can to ensure our patrons have the most positive experience while shopping with us.

Please take note, no refunds will be given for "dissatisfaction of the product" or "change of mind" once the products have been shipped out.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

Please pack the items back into the original packaging and tape it securely. We do not bear the shipping costs for returns or refunds. Please make sure there is a tracking code, or the return or refund will not be successful. Return and refund process is long (2 to 4 weeks), we will only issue a refund after we receive the item in our Asia factory. We will share with you our return address in our email correspondences.

 

CHANGE OF ORDERS

If you have placed an order for wrong item whether it is the color or type, we do allow change of order if you message us within 1 hour. Our team work very swiftly to ensure all our customers' orders are processed ASAP.

Before ordering, please check your addresses correctly (to include your Apartment or Unit Number)! Once its shipped out with tracking code issued, we CANNOT change the address. No refunds will be given for this case.

Usually, we do have our orders placed within an hour, which means that if orders have already been sent out, no change of orders can be made from our side. Otherwise, we will be happy to make changes to the order for you. Just email us at support@blinglabel.com.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Fraudulent Orders

Over here at Bling Label, we do not tolerate fraudulent orders through identity theft or stolen credit cards. We will do our utmost part to prevent processing fraudulent orders. Hence, we reserve all rights to hold the orders on "pending mode" or refund orders if we do not get a timely response from customers when orders are flagged to us as High or Medium risk by our payment processor.

These flags usually occur for reasons such as:

• The location of the IP address is a high-risk location (certain cities are at high risk for fraud).
• The shipping address is hundreds of miles away from the cards registered address.
• The order was placed from another country but the shipping address is domestic
• The payment was attempted multiple times with multiple cards.
• The billing address does not match the cards billing address.

In an occasion that your order is flagged to us as potentially fraudulent, our customer support will be in touch with you to request you to send Photo ID for verification and the credit card used, with the last 4 digits of the card visible as well as the name on the card. You can cover the first 12 numbers. Please rest assured that the information received will be treated with utmost privacy and confidentiality.

Bling Label will never ask you for your Social Security number or your 16-digit card number in full.
