This is a guideline on how fast our production will take to finish for customized items, this does not include the timing required for delivery which is normally 3 to 5 business days. It might or might not be faster, depending on current production pipeline and demand from market. Please only purchase if you are comfortable with waiting. We do not issue refunds or cancellations for dissatisfaction on production waiting time.
Processing Time:
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Please understand we are trying our best to process everything quickly given the bulk orders we get on daily basis.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, etc.) or if the customer refuses to collect/receive the package, the package will be returned to the shipper/sender (Bling Label) at the customers' expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any custom duty + tax the return package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order amount to be refunded.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. Bling Label will not be responsible for any losses or theft cases once the the delivery is completed as shown on courier's tracking page.
